Session Description: Euglycemic DKA was previously a rare disorder but is now is missed regularly as its incidence increases with the explosion of SGLT2 inhibitors but awareness has not. If you've seen a patient recently with a slightly decreased bicarbonate and normal glucose, you may have missed euglycemic DKA. Subtle and dangerous make a horrible combination. This session will explain euglycemic DKA risk factors, how to catch it, and how to treat it.
